Aioli with Fresh Vegetables

Nice mayonnaise style dip. Eggs, olive oil, mustard, salt sugar and garlic are processed into a nice fresh vegetable aioli.
Ingredients -
2 Eggs
1 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon prepared Mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
10 cloves Garlic, finely minced
Assorted Fresh Vegetables
 
Preparation:

1. Add eggs, olive oil, ½ cup vegetable oil, salt, sugar, and prepared mustard to food processor or blender. Pulse briefly to combine.

2. With food processor on high speed, drizzle remaining vegetable oil through the top very slowly.

3. Fold in garlic and chill.
