Bleu Cheese Dip

Everybody's favorite raw vegetable dip. Bleu and cream cheese, seasoned with garlic and onion salts, Worcestershire sauce and thinned with a light cream.

Ingredients -
2 large packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package Bleu Cheese, softened
Garlic Salt, to taste
Onion Salt, to taste
several drops Worcestershire Sauce
Light Cream
Raw Vegetables
 
Preparation:

1. Mix bleu cheese and cream cheese.

2. Season with garlic salt and onion salt.

3. Stir in several drops of Worcestershire sauce.

4. Stir in light cream to achieve desired consistency.

Bleu Cheese

Also called blue cheese. Recipe refers to roquefort, but gorgonzola or stilton would work very well offering a different flavor to the dip.

Fresh Garlic

You could substitute a small amount of fresh garlic for the garlic salt if desired. Fresh garlic is available in bulbs at local supermarkets and farmers markets. Minced garlic can also be found at stores packaged in jars.
