Spicy Buffalo cheese spread is a cold appetizer thats perfectly suited for crackers or garlic toast.
Ingredients -
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce
12 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 ounces Bleu Cheese, crumbled
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup Butter, softened
Preparation:
1. Combine hot sauce, cheddar cheese, bleu cheese, cream cheese, and butter in food processor.
2. Pulse until smooth.
3. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
4. Remove 15 minutes before serving.

Homemade Hot Sauce
Saute 1 small chopped onion and 2 cloves chopped garlic in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until soft. Add 1 cup chopped carrots and 2 cups water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer until the carrots are soft. Remove from heat. Add 3 minced habanero chilies, 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 3 tablespoons white vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt to the vegetable mixture. Place in processor and puree until smooth.
