1. Combine cod with half lime juice, half lemon juice, salt, and oregano.
2. Place in refrigerator. Marinate 2 hours.
3. Remove from refrigerator and drain juice.
4. Combine, remaining lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, pepper, cumin, tomato, onion, vinegar, shrimp, jalapeno, and cilantro.
5. Pour marinade into zip-lock bag.
6. Add cod.
7. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
8. Serve in martini glasses.
