Clam dip made from cream cheese, chopped clams, garlic, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned with salt. Perfect with fresh raw vegetables, or with chips crackers or crusty bread toast slices.
Ingredients -
1 (8 ounces) package Cream Cheese, softened
1 (6 ounces) can Minced Clams, reserve juice
1 small Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Sea Salt, to taste
Preparation:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, clams and enough juice to make a nice dip consistency.
2. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Chill until ready to serve.

Garlic is available throughout the year, but peak season is at the end of spring, and the freshest bulbs are available at this time. Choose a bulb that is compact and firm with a light squeeze. The bulb shout not be sprouting. The peeled cloves should
be white and never grey or grey. The individual cloves will be solid and stringy garlic should be discarded.
