Cranberry Cheese Spread

Cranberries, honey, and ground cinnamon mixed with cream cheese. Perfect topping for crackers and crusty bread slices. Cranberry cheese spread is great for using up leftover cranberry sauce.

Ingredients -
1 (8 ounces) package Cream Cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Honey
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 (16 ounces) can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/3 cup slivered Almonds, toasted
Assorted Crackers
 
Preparation:

1. Combine cream cheese, honey, cinnamon and sour cream in a small bowl.

2. Stir until smooth.

3. Chill in refrigerator at least an hour.

4. Stir cranberry sauce to smooth consistency.

5. Spread cream cheese mixture on crackers.

6. Top with a dollop of cranberry sauce.

7. Sprinkle with almonds.
