Creamy Baked Crab Dip

Baked crab dip combines fresh crabmeat, with cream cheese, onions, milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and paprika. Baked 15 minutes to heat through, get a nice golden top and let flavors infuse with one another.

Ingredients -
1 (8 ounces) package Cream Cheese, softened
1 (6 ounces) can Crabmeat
2 tablespoons Grated Onion
1 tablespoon Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Paprika, for garnish
1 tablespoon finely sliced Scallions, for garnish
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, Worcestershire sauce, milk, onion, salt, and pepper in a medium sized mixing bowl.

3. Spoon into small casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

4. Bake 15 minutes. Transfer to warm serving bowl.

5. Garnish with scallions.

Fresh or frozen crabmeat both work wonderfully well in this recipe. Its not necessary to spend extra money for a higher quality of crabmeat. Be sure to carefully inspect the crabmeat for bones, and drain off any excess liquid.
