Appetizer Tips -
Homemade Horseradish

Mix 1 cup freshly grated horseradish with 1 medium raw finely grated beet, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and a pinch of sugar. Stir in vinegar to desired consistency.

Appetizer Tips -
Small Shrimp

You can substitute any sized shrimp in this recipe for the small shrimp it calls for. Just chop larger shrimp into small pieces to insure the shrimp melds well with the other ingredients.
