Quick and easy shrimp, garlic and red pepper tapas.
Ingredients -
1/2 pound Pre-cooked Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon minced Garlic
1 small Bay Leaf
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 tablespoon minced Fresh Parsley
Preparation:
1. Heat olive oil in large saute pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf.
3. Cook 3 minutes.
4. Add shrimp and heat through.
5. Sprinkle with parsley.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
