1. Add peanut butter to a small bowl.
2. Slowly add in tablespoons of soy sauce, blending in until smooth.
3. Add sugar, garlic and peanut oil, and water. Stir to combine.
4. Place 4 shrimp on each wooden skewer.
5. Brush shrimp with peanut butter sauce.
6. Grill 5 minutes over medium hot heat, or until shrimp are cooked through. |
