Shrimp Cocktail

A classic appetizer. Shrimp can be served in iced martini glasses for individual guests or arranged on a serving tray for parties.

Ingredients -
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
2 tbs Old Bay Seasoning
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined, leaving tails on
1 cup Cocktail Sauce
 
Preparation:

1. Bring water, vinegar and Old Bay seasoning to a boil in saucepan.

2. Add shrimp. Cover and steam 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink.

3. Remove shrimp from liquid and chill in refrigerator.

4. Serve chilled with cocktail sauce.

Cocktail Sauce

In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup good quality ketchup, 1/2 cup chili sauce, 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish sauce, 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Blend well.
