Sundried tomato tapenade is a great spread for gourmet breads such as ciabatta or baguette.
Ingredients -
1 cup Sundried Tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Capers, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
Preparation:
1. Place sundried tomatoes, garlic, capers, Italian seasoning, olive oil, and red wine vinegar in food processor and process until well mixed.
2. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.

The best choice for this tapanade is the dried variety. Soak the tomatoes in boiling hot water for 30 minutes. Drain the tomatoes well.

Italian Seasoning
Combine 3 tablespoons dried oregano, 3 tablespoons dried basil, 3 tablespoons dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon onion powder, pinch of black pepper, pinch of red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Crush the spices together with the back of a spoon.
