1. In a medium sized bowl mix the turkey, cranberries, almonds, and cranberry sauce.
2. Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
3. Fold wrappers over filling and form a triangle.
4. Moisten the edges, and press with a fork to seal.
5. Heat the oil in large skillet or deep fryer.
6. Deep fry until the wonton's are golden brown. |
